The following forms are required to play any sports in the Fall of the 22-23 School Year
- Final Forms Filled out
- Parent & Athlete Concussion Form (Required only once for MS/HS Career)
- Physical Form
- Concussion Form
- Pay to Participate
- Each varsity sport has a fee of $100.00 per sport.
- Each junior varsity sport has a fee of $80.00 per sport.
- Each middle school sport has a fee of $60.00 per sport.
Free/Reduced Fee Structure - Each varsity sport has a fee of $50.00
- Each junior varsity sport has a fee of $40.00
- Each middle school sport has a fee of $30.00
- *Scholarships are available for families in need.
- *There is a $400 family cap.
