Test Out
Legislation (PA 335, Section Section 380.1278(a)(4)(c)) requires school districts to provide the opportunity to “test out” of high school courses. Students wishing to test out of a class shall complete a form request through the high school office by the deadline. Test out dates will be one time per calendar year. Students that earn 78% or better on the exam can earn MMC credit. No grade will be transcribed; simply credit.
Family Resources
The term “bullying” can often be over-used or misinterpreted due to the added emphasis it receives in the media. While “aggressive behavior” unfortunately sometimes occurs at school (with words or actions), please remember that: “Bullying is a form of aggression that is intentional, repeated, and involves an imbalance of power between the students involved.”
